About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Officer with proven Compliance experience, for the permanent role based in our QLD Medical State Office. This role plays a critical part in analysing complex operational and financial data, identifying risks and inefficiencies, and developing effective, compliant, and commercially sound business solutions. You will work closely with the Leadership Team, Finance, Operations, and Practice Managers to ensure compliance obligations are met while supporting sustainable business growth built on exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Monitor, report on, and address operational, contractual, and regulatory compliance across the business Analyse complex operational and financial data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities Ensure compliance of Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in line with contracts, agreements, and internal procedures Prepare and deliver high-level compliance, performance, and efficiency reports to senior stakeholders Provide timely, practical compliance advice to leadership, operations, and practice teams Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimise business performance Oversee accreditation, GP contract compliance, WHS, risk management, and policy adherence Monitor incentives, billing compliance, debtor reporting, and utilisation metrics Support GPs and Practice Managers to meet compliance requirements, KPIs, and targets Develop and maintain compliance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks Promote a strong culture of compliance through education, awareness, and collaboration Identify tender, funding, and growth opportunities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in a compliance, audit, or risk role within medical or financial services Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail with a commercial and solution-focused mindset Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders to achieve compliance outcomes Advanced Microsoft Office skills with confidence working across large datasets and reporting tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment while managing competing priorities Why Join ForHealth?
